No, we do not.

How much does it cost?
What is HHW?
Hot hanging weight is the weight of the unchilled carcass in pounds after the head, hide and internal organs have been removed.
What cuts do I get?
Bone-in steaks, roasts, stew meat, and burger.
How is it wrapped?
It is double wrapped in plastic.
Do you deliver or ship?
No, we do not. Meat is to be picked up in Spokane Valley.
Is there a waiting list?
Sorry, we do not have a waiting list. Meat is sold first come first served.
Can I just buy some burger or steaks?
We only sell by the 1/4 or 1/2.
Can I just come by to see the bison?
We are a working farm, so we are unable to have visitors except during our tour season. Please check out our tour info page.
I want to raise bison. Can you give me information?
Awesome that you are interested in raising bison. They are amazing creatures and their wild spirit really keeps you on your toes!

Do you sell live bison?
No, we do not.
Do you sell hides and skulls?
We only sell the hides and skulls raw on butcher day. If you are interested, please contact us.
Do you sell bison fiber/fur?
We gather some of the shed, however, because we have mild winters, the fiber length is really short. I have had some spinners tell me they don't like working with it. If you would like to buy some to experiment with, please contact us.
